Returns Policy

You may request a return or exchange within seven days of receiving your order without needing to provide a reason. Items should be unused, in their original condition, and returned with the original packaging and included accessories.

Before sending anything back, contact our customer service team, available 24 hours a day, seven days a week, so we can provide the appropriate return instructions. Unless the item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect, return shipping costs may be the customer’s responsibility. Refunds are processed after the returned item has been received and inspected.
